Sunday Morning Service

Our Sunday Service is held at 10:15, and features a blended worship style with a combination of favorite hymns and more contemporary hymns from the Presbyterian Hymnal of our denomination. From Labor Day until Memorial Day, our Chancel Choir provides an Offering of Song. Members of our Christian Education staff lead the children in a Time of Young Believers, and then kids from Kindergarten to Grade Six participate in Kids’ Own Worship during the remainder of the service (Except in July).

Nursery and Toddler Care is provided weekly.

Online Service

Our Sunday services are now available for live streaming, and will be archived for later viewing on Youtube. (Services begin at 10:15.) The link on our main page now takes you to our Youtube channel, which also has an archive of past services.

The Sacraments at Medina Presbyterian

We celebrate the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of most months, usually by intinction. (Worshipers are invited to come forward, dip a piece of bread in a cup of grape juice, and consume the elements before returning to their seats.) In keeping with the customs of our denomination, all followers of Jesus are welcome to share in our celebration of the sacrament, children included. Gluten-free elements are provided for those who need them.

The Sacrament of Baptism is provided upon request. Adults may be baptized after a period of orientation and education on the meaning and responsibilities of Christian discipleship, and infant baptism is provided on request for children having at least one parent in active participation in the life of the congregation.
